Father's Day!

Father's Day was extra special for us this year because Brian had 3 boys to be thankful for!  We started out the day having breakfast together and giving Brian his gifts.  The boys picked out shirts and ties for him.  I am sure that is just what he wanted but I let them decide what to get him.  Instead of heading to Oklahoma my parents called and asked if they could meet us here.  We were so excited to take my Dad to Flying Fish because he loves catfish.  My Dad could not be any better!  I love him so much...he has sacrificed a lot in his life and worked very hard to provide for my mom, me and my two sisters and we are very lucky to have him in our life.  Since he grew up with three sisters and ended up having three daughters we have decided he only needed grandsons from now on so he now has 5 grandsons and no granddaughters.  Here is a pic of my Dad with my three boys!

I couldn't get by without taking a pic of Brian and our newest addition.  Brian is a great Dad to these kids and the boys are lucky to have him.  I know when they grow up and get married and move off they will appreciate their Dad so much for the things he does for them.  We love you Bri!

Summer Saturday Mornings

Since my kids get up so early on Saturday mornings I try and get them out of the house so Brian can sleep a little bit longer. We usually head down tot he Farmer's Market on the Bentonville square because it isn't far from our house. Last Saturday Kyson chose to stay home so Breckin, Kellen and I met James for a walk on the trail that over looks Crystal Bridges.
It was such nice weather and the people on the trail are very friendly. They have side trails that run along side the main one for mountain bike and Breckin loved going down that one and meeting up with us when they came to an end. After we finished walking the trails we headed to the square to check out the Farmer's Market. Breckin had really wanted a balloon last time we were there but the person making them was no where to be found so this time we had to stop and get one. He chose a motorcycle.

They are advertising something for Crystal Bridges on the square and have these big pink snails all over the square and on top of buildings. Breckin thought they were pretty neat so we had to take a pictture with them.

We had a great time and I look forward to many more Summer Saturday Mornings walking trails and viewing the Farmers Market with my boys!
