Camping

This weekend we finally took our camper out to Horseshoe Bend for a weekend of relaxation and fun.  We haven't had the camper out since before I was pregnant with Kellen so it was time for us to get it out and get some use out of it.  The baby ended up getting RSV on Monday so my sister was SO awesome and took him over to Pryor with her so my mom and other sister could watch him and I didn't have to take him out and have him around a campfire.  I have the BEST family ever!!!!  We went camping with a few other friends.  James and Alan brought their RV, The Burnett's and half of the Wright's came as well.  They kids all got along so well together.  It was so much fun and we can't wait to do it again soon!

The view we woke up to
Kyson waiting for it to get dark so he can watch the movie
James is all snuggled up ready for the movie
How else do you camp?  Everyone has a blow up screen right!
I love these boys and hope that they remember these times together when they grow up!

Lost Tooth

Finally Breckin has lost his first tooth.  He came home one day telling me it was loose but this mom can't stomach things like that so I let his Dad handle it.  Dad said it wasn't quite ready to come out but a few days later when he was home with Dad after school it was ready and he pulled it all by himself.  He was so proud of himself and couldn't wait to share the news with me.  We have 3 other lose teeth so we will see how long it takes for him to have a gaping hole in his mouth but even with that he will still be my handsome little man.

Kyson turns 5!

This has been a big week for us!  On Tuesday my little Kyson Reed turned 5.  It's so hard to believe that he is that old already.  He has always been the happiest little guy and that has not changed.  I can always count on him for a smile. He has gone from this cute little guy....

to my big 5 year old!
He had talked about going to Olive Garden for his birthday dinner for a few weeks so when the day finally came we went and he was so excited for some lasagna.  Yes...he gets his love for food from his mom!  He comes by it honestly.  We went with the whole family and Aunt Abby joined us along with James and Alan.

For the last 2 years he has wanted to have his party at Jump Zone so this year we did it and he LOVED it.  He had such a great time with his friends.  They were so sweaty from running around and I am pretty sure they were worn out by the end of the night but they had a great time.

This is Kyson with his friends from school Kyle and Nate.  They are all good buds!
 The entire crew!

We love you Kyson Reed Bailey and can't wait to see the young man you will become!

KISS & Motley Crue

Brian and I were very fortunate to receive tickets from his parents to see KISS and Motley Crue.  This wasn't our first time to see either band.  We had actually been to see KISS in Tulsa a couple of years ago and the last Rocklahoma Motley Crue was the headliner.  It was on a Sunday night and we couldn't let Breckin miss school so my sister Abby said she would stay here and keep him and get him to school on Monday morning.  Well, then Kyson wasn't going to let Breckin get all of Aunt Abby's attention so he begged to stay and she is such a good aunt so she agreed to keep both of them.  She is too good to me!  So we headed off to Tulsa with only 1 kid that sleeps a lot still so it was kind of like a mini vacation for Brian and I.  We met his parents for lunch at Fish Daddy's in Tulsa then headed back to their house to visit before we had to go to dinner and get to the concert.  We had dinner at one of our favorite places...Billy Sim's BBQ.  This was Kellen's first time to be there so I had to get his picture and he looks a little excited.

After dinner Brian's parents kept Kellen and we headed to the concert.  Our seats were up at the top but they were on the side of the stage so we had a good view.  They wouldn't let you take your camera in for the past concerts we went to there so I didn't want to chance it this time either so I only have pics with my iphone which aren't that great but it was still a great time.

Father's Day

For Father's Day we bought my Dad and our family tickets to go see the Driller's baseball team play in Tulsa.  I have found memories of my Dad taking there as kids and now he was able to take his grandsons there.  We had a great time but we did miss having my mom there with us.  She was kind enough to stay at home with Kellen so he wouldn't get too hot.

This was the view from our seats.  We were right behind home plate!

Brian bought all the kids inflatable aliens...I am sure the people behind us were really happy.
Kyson wanted his picture with the mascot.

The boys love their Grampy even though Kyson doesn't really look like he does....I think he was tired of me having him take pictures.
 All Grampy's boys!

A Day of Firsts!

This year all three of my boys started a new class on the same day.  I was a little nervous about how the schedule would work getting three boys dressed and ready plus myself but the first day went smoother than I anticipated.  I am thankful we are able to have extra time away from work on the first day of school so I was able to see each boy to their room and get their picture.

Here they all are before we left the house.  I love them all so much and I am so lucky to be their mom.

Breckin is a 2nd grader this year.  I just can't believe he is that old.  He has grown up too fast!

He got Ms.Barnett this year and he was pretty excited that there were some of his friends in his class.
Next stop was Helen Walton Children's Enrichment Center to drop off the other two boys.  Kyson was very lucky this year and his teacher moved up with him.  We love her so much so I was a secretly happy!  He is now a Panda Bear which is a Pre-K class so he will learn things that will get him ready for kindergarten next year.

Kellen's first day of daycare as a Firefly.  It was hard dropping this little guy off after spending 12 weeks at home with him but he seems to really enjoy being there and I LOVE the smiles I get when I pick him up.

And yes...we did have a wardrobe change because we spit up on our clothes before we even got out of the house.  :)

I am pretty sure this school year is going to fly by with all the activities we have going on.  Before I know it they will all be in High School or off to College and I won't know what to do with myself.  So for now I will just enjoy the time I have with them because it is precious!

Branson Summer 2012

Our family likes to take little trips to Branson in the summer, fall and Christmas time just for a quick little get away.  This year we went with my parents, sisters and nephews.  We had such a great time.  We started the day at Silver Dollar City but I didn't get any pics because it was so hot and I was trying my best to keep little Kellen cool.  Then we went back to the condos and ate pizza.  The next day we got up and went to play some arcade games and ride go karts.  The boys all had a blast and I think Grampy did too!

First up were the Bumper Boats...I rode with Kyson but I am not putting a pic in here with me all wet from Breckin and Mason spraying me.  They thought that was so fun!

Next were Go-Karts...Mason was tall enough to ride the big ones by himself.

Kyson and Breckin had to ride the little ones but they were happy with that.

Myles got to ride the little train.

Kyson was catching up to Breckin.  Breckin is my safe little guy who takes things easy and Kyson is just the opposite.  I think he lapped Breckin twice.

After we rode some rides we went inside for some cool fun since it was so hot out there.  This was the best picture I could get with my phone since I didn't want to take my camera in to play laser tag.  The boys had a blast and I think Breckin won.  He LOVES laser tag.

My youngest sister Kendra turned 30 this year and we were not together to celebrate her birthday so we thought while we were in Branson we would throw her a surprise party.  So while Kendra, Dad, Brian and I took the boys to do all of this fun stuff my Mom and sister Abby stayed to decorate the condo and get the food ready for the party.  They did a great job.  Here are a few pics...

Happy 30th Kendie!!!  We love you!!!!
